Custom made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
All other products can be refunded with ‘KIN store credit if the items are damaged / incorrect / faulty. However, the items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered and returned in its original packaging. The items will be inspected once received. This applies to both non-promotional and promotional products.

All sales are final and non-refundable nor exchangeable. Promotions or discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or offers. They cannot be applied to previously made orders before the start date of a sale or promotion and store credit cannot be used during promotion periods. 

'KIN reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotions at any time without notice. If a promotion is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.

10% off promotion is only applicable 1 (one) time per customer per online purchase. This promotion is available upon newsletter subscription sign up via the website - the discount code does not have an expiry date. This promotion is only valid for purchases made on the website.
