All sales are final and non-refundable nor exchangeable. Please check the size, material and type on each product page before you order.

We are no longer accepting custom made-to-order pieces.

Orders are fulfilled within 5 to 7 business days. Please do note that deliveries are affected by all public holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We are using the packaging we have left, so your order may look different from before. If you’d like a ribbon, ask us and we’ll add one if we still have some.

All ‘KIN warranties, including the 12-month warranty on earlier purchases, will expire after our last day of trading on 25 November 2026. To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp before then, with your order number and photos. We will not be able to accept warranty claims or repairs after 25 November 2026.

All purchases made during the 'KIN Goodbye Sale are not covered by warranty.

The 60% closing sale discount is applied automatically at checkout.
