TERMS OF SALE
Custom made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
All other products can be refunded with ‘KIN store credit if the items are damaged / incorrect / faulty. However, the items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered and returned in its original packaging. The items will be inspected once received. This applies to both non-promotional and promotional products.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions or discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or offers. They cannot be applied to previously made orders before the start date of a sale or promotion.
'KIN reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotions at any time without notice. If a promotion is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
10% OFF NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
10% off promotion is only applicable 1 (one) time per customer per online purchase. Upon newsletter subscription sign up via the website, the discount code does not have an expiry date. This promotion is only valid for purchases made on the website.
'KIN E-GIFT CARD
Our e-Gift cards do not have an expiration date. It cannot be refunded or used together with any other voucher or discount codes. Any unused balance will be added to the recipient's store credit.
