RETURNS & REPAIRS

RETURNS
If you would like to return your order, please do so within 7 working days. The item(s) must not be worn, unaltered, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email us at info@jewellerybykin.com with your order number and receipt to arrange any returns. We do not offer refunds, but happy to offer store credit. REPAIRS
For repairs that are not covered under our warranty or outside of the warranty period, we offer a repair service at a small fee. 

To start the repair process, email us at info@jewellerybykin.com.
Please include the following:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item name
- Description and picture of item defect

Return products in its original packaging (airtight polybag, care cards, pouch, box and cloth), so we can return your repaired piece in our complete ‘KIN packaging. Once we have received your email, please allow 48-72 hours for a personalised response and return instructions, as we will review each repair on a case-by-case basis.
